REFUND POLICY

You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a refund or exchange. Beyond this period, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.

 

For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

 

Since coffee is perishable, it is generally not eligible for returns. However, if you’re unsatisfied, please reach out to us, and we’ll find a solution.

 

To process your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations (if applicable):

 

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

 

1. Recheck your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

 

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

 

To return your product, please mail it to: Golden Bean Coffee Ltd, 44A Finnerty Avenue, Howick, AUK, Auckland 2014, New Zealand.

 

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Brief history of Golden Bean

Adriana Ferrari is the fourth generation of a family of coffee producers in Brazil. From a young age, she dreamed of sharing the exceptional coffees grown at her family’s farm, Fazenda da Serra, with the world.

In 2016, Adriana and her husband moved to New Zealand to improve their English, but they soon fell in love with the country and its culture, deciding to make it their new home.

As time passed, Adriana’s passion for coffee continued to grow, leading her to pursue her dream. She founded Golden Bean, a company devoted to connecting the exceptional coffees from Fazenda da Serra with coffee enthusiasts in New Zealand and beyond.

Today, Golden Bean is more than just a business; it’s the fulfillment of a dream that bridges generations and celebrates the excellence of Brazilian coffee.
