Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

 

1. Recheck your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

 

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@goldenbean.co.nz and send your item to: Golden Bean Coffee Ltd, 44A Finnerty Avenue, Howick, AUK, Auckland 2014, New Zealand.
